Situation Problem 1: Determine the unsatisfied demand of the pharmacy organization at the end of the reporting year and assess the quality of the made request for Baralgin solution for injection 500 mg/ml, dark glass amp. cor. №5, if 100 packs were declared for the year; 60 packs were received from the supplier; the drug was available in the pharmacy organization only during the 1st and 2nd quarters of the reporting year; the request of the medical organization for 10 packs was not satisfied.

Solution benchmark:

Unmet demand is determined by the formula

N = (Tf / Df) * Do + No + N1 ,

where N is the value of unsatisfied demand,

Tf - actual consumption ("received from the supplier") for two quarters; Df - number of days during which the drug was sold in full (1st and 2nd quarters);

Do - number of days of drug rejection;

No - quantity of the drug rejected for the medical organization;

N1 - quantity of the drug under-delivered by the supplier.

Hence

N = (60 units / 180 days) * 180 days + 10 units. + 40 units. = 110 units.

Situational Problem 2: Determine the unsatisfied demand in the pharmacy for bucarban tab. 0,15 № 100, if it was realized outpatients 1600 packs within 150 days. The medical institution was not satisfied with the demand for 20 packs.

Situational Problem 3: Determine the unsatisfied demand of the pharmacy for methindol in Table No. 30, if 1200 packs were sold to outpatients within 160 days. The medical institution was not satisfied with the demand for 40 packs.

Situational Problem 4: Determine the unmet pharmacy demand for Corazol #10 if 200 packs were sold to outpatients within 120 days. The medical institution was not satisfied with the demand for 60 packs.

Situational task 5: Determine the level of satisfaction of demand in the city as a whole for the drug Aevit - solution for intramuscular administration oil amp. 1 ml No. 10 cor. - if it is known that the drug was available in the retail network for 30 days - in the first quarter, 50 days - in the second quarter, 50 days - in the third quarter; the average daily realization on outpatient prescriptions is 1500 ampoules; the request of medical organizations for 2500 ampoules is not satisfied.

Solution benchmark:

The level of demand satisfaction is determined by the formula:

Uus = Nus / (Nu + Nnu) * 100%,

where Uus is the level of demand satisfaction (in percent);

Nu - satisfied demand (in units);

Nnu - unsatisfied demand (in units).

Hence Nus= 1500 amp. * (30 days + 50 days + 50 days) = 195 000 amp.

Nnu = 1500 amp. * (360 days - 30 days - 50 days - 50 days) + 2,500 amp. = 347,500 amp.

Uus = Nus / (Nus + Nnu) * 100% = 195 000 / (195 000 + 347 500) * 100 = 35%

Situation Problem 6: Determine the level of satisfaction of demand for cocarboxylase in the region if:

- there was cocarboxylase available in the retail network 30 days in the first quarter, 50 days - in the second quarter, 50 days - in the third quarter;

- average daily sales by outpatient prescriptions 1500 ampoules;

- the request of the medical treatment center for 25000 ampoules is not satisfied.

 Situational Problem 7: Determine the level of satisfaction of demand for over-the-counter drug colanchoe juice 100 ml in the pharmacy, if:

- in the presence of the drug was 100 days during the year;
