The purpose of the lesson: to study the features of the extraction of enzymes from raw materials of animal and plant origin; study the ways of enzyme immobilization; master the methods of standardization.

Enzyme preparations of plant and animal origin. Specificity of extraction, separation and purification. Technological schemes of production. Private technology of enzyme preparations, bile preparations, non-specific preparations, vitamins, amino acids, phosphorus-containing preparations.
Immobilized enzymes. Immobilization methods. Water-soluble preparations of immobilized enzymes. Incorporation of enzymes into microcapsules. Incorporation of enzymes into liposomes. Preparations of immobilized enzymes used in local diseases.
